We have identified an issue with accessing this site externally with Microsoft Internet Explorer - you may be prompted for a password every time you open a document. To avoid this, open a document with a right click and choose 'Open in new window'.
Alternatively if you add each section of the intranet to favourites e.g. student email, subject sites and information system, then use favourites to get to the one you need, you only have to type password once.
If you access this site with Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, then you only have to enter a password once.
